Jaguar has broadened the F-Type line-up by introducing a new Ingenium petrol engine. The new engine can be had in Coupe and Convertible body styles priced at Rs 90.93 Lakhs and Rs 1.01 Crore respectively ( both ex showroom prices).
The engine in question is a 2.0 litre Ingenium petrol engine that is tuned to churn out 300bhp and 400Nm of torque. The motor is coupled to an 8- automatic transmission. Jaguar says the Ingenium engine contributes to an overall weight of just 52kg which is far light thus achieving a sprint from standstill to 100kmph in 5.7 seconds and has a top speed of 250kmph. A finely tuned active exhaust system is available as standard while the R-dynamic variants feature a switchable active exhaust for an even more involving driving experience

The Jaguar F-Type is available at all dealerships across India however Jaguar currently does not have a dealership in Goa. The Jaguar F-Type rivals the Porsche Cayman and Boxster.
