2022 HONDA CBR650R
Honda Motorcycle and Scooters India Pvt Ltd have launched the new CBR650R. The 2022 Honda CBR650R as it is formally referred to as is expected to further ignite the passion of Indian ridding community in the middleweight sportsbikes category.
The new sportsbikes however can be had only through Honda’s exclusive BigWing Topline showrooms but what is more enticing is the price tag of Rs 9,37,427 ( ex showroom prices) courtesy the CKD route.
Sharing his thoughts about the new 2022 model launch, Mr. Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Director – Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd said, “CBR650R has a proven track of infusing excitement to the riding experience of both new as well as seasoned riders. The subtle change in the stripes color enhances the aerodynamic & ultra-sharp appeal of the new CBR650R.”
The new CBR650R for 2022 packs in new orange highlights for the Mat Gunpowder Black paint option along with new sporty graphics with Grand Prix Red paint option. It also gets a redesigned exhaust muffler along with dual LED headlights and LCD instrument cluster with blue backlit.
Mechanically the Honda CBR650R sources its power from a 16 valve 649cc motor. The in-line four cylinder motor produces 64kw @ 12,000rpm and torque of 57.5Nm at 8,500rpm. Transmission options are handled by a 6-speed gearbox with multiple assist wet slipper clutch.
Starting today, Honda has thrown open the bookings for the 2022 CBR650R at its excusive premium dealerships in Gurgram, Haryana, Mumbai, Bangalore, Indore, Cochin, Hyderabad and Chennai.
