The star attraction to this years Vintage Car and Bike festival will be the 1886 Benz Motorwagen Replica. The Replica which is said to be World’s first automobile and will be put on display throughout the day.
Built by Karl Benz, the vehicle was built during the 1886 to 1893-year period and limited to just 25 units. It has been brought by Goa’s top automobile museum Ashvek Vintage world Nuvem. Power for the Benz Patent Motorwagen. The first Benz paten Motorwagen came from a 954 cc single-cylinder four stroke engine with tember coil ignition. The engine was said to produce around  500 watts at 250 rpm.
The Rally which is slated to happen over this weekend will attract over a thousand visitors, enthusiasts and participants for the one-day event. The rally will be flagged off at 10 am from Inox Courtyard from where the vehicles will make their way to Miramar Circle and further proceed to Divja Circle before heading back to Inox courtyard.
