Having released a few teasers, Tata Motors has now launched the 2020 Harrier at Rs 16.25 lakhs (ex showroom prices). The 2020 Harrier apart from getting a BS6 engine and receives some substantial updates as well,
New on the 2020 Harrier is a 2.2 litre Kyrotec diesel motor that now churns out 170hp and 350 Nm of torque. It now comes mated to the eagerly awaited 6-speed automatic transmission sourced from Hyundai.
Tata has also updated its flagship SUV with some substantial updates in the form of a panoramic sunroof, new 17-inch alloy wheels, 6-way adjustable powered driver seat and an auto dimming inner rear view mirror.
Buyers can choose between 7 variants in automatic and 9 in manual transmission. The newly launched automatic brings variants such as XMA, XZA, XZA dual tone, XZA dark edition, XZA+, XZA+ dual tone and XZA+ dark edition. The manual on the other hand has trims like XE, XM, XT, XZ, XZ dark edition, XZ+ new, XZ+ dual tone and XZ+ dark edition.
Adding a new option to choose from the palette of colours is a Calypso Red colour that adds to the range of colour schemes available on the Harrier. The 2020 Harrier colour options include Atlas black, Orcus white, Sparkle cocoa and Telestio grey. The dual tone shades are available with contrast black roof in Orcus white and Calypso Red only.
Customers can book their 2020 Harrier by making an initial amount payment of Rs 30,000 online by visiting www.harrier.tatamotors.com or by visiting the nearest dealership which in the case of Goa is Durga Motors which has its showrooms Porvorim, Ponda, Bicholim and Arlem.
