Audi has launched a new black edition of the flagship Q7 SUV priced at Rs 82, 15,000 (ex showroom prices). Audi says “The Q7 black edition will be sold only with only 100 units on offer to maintain exclusivity and individuality of Audi aficionados.”
Commenting on the announcement, Mr. Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, said, “Audi has been a pioneer in the luxury SUV segment and the Audi Q7 particularly has maintained competitive advantage ever since its launch. At the top of luxury, our customers want to showcase their individuality and exclusivity; the new Audi Q7 Black Edition will offer our customers just that – great features and innovative accessories in a limited-edition model. We are selling only 100 units of the Audi Q7 Black Edition and are confident that Audi family members and luxury aficionados will grab the opportunity to own this attractive car. To uplift the consumer sentiment this festive season, Government of India’s initiative of 30% depreciation will act like a booster.”
New to the Q7 black edition’s exterior are a raft of cosmetic changes finished in black for a sporty look. It comes with gloss treatment for the radiator grille, horizontal radiator, grille struts and lateral air intakes. Highlighting the dynamic off-roading capabilities of the black edition Q7 is titan black gloss feature for the door trim strips with Quattro embossing and frame moldings on side windows.
The roofline boasts of high gloss black layout, while the rear diffuser gets Titanium matt black treatment. Further adding to the sporty look are the roof rails and alloy wheels also finished in black. On the inside however it’s a different story, with the black edition sharing its dashboard and interior with technology line and notably carries similar equipment and features as well.
Further to the launch of the Audi Q7 Black Edition, Audi India is also starting its festive season celebrations under the campaign #TogetherwithAudi. For customers who wish to take advantage of Government of India’s added 30% depreciation schemes, Audi India has rolled out special offers for a limited time period till September 30, 2019.
