Audi has released a new teaser image of the new generation RS7 Sportback on its website and twitter handle. The teased image hints at a launch which could be expected pretty soon, say somewhere around end of June or early July.
The new Audi RS7 is expected to have a better profile than the one on sale in India and look much better as well. The teaser image shows a face that looks menacing with the large single frame grille along with the large Laser LED headlights.
The laser lights have an interesting pattern in the way they light up and add to the sense of style and sportiness of the car. There are also chunky side air intakes and a splitter in the bumper.
The interior has not been revealed yet but we expect a full interior overhaul with all the latest tech and features to be on offer. And yes plenty of RS specific bits and logos as well.
#PerformanceisAttitude says Audi and that’s true from the heart of matter which has a 4.0 litre twin turbo motor, it churns out a whooping 600hp and a staggering 800 Nm of torque. All that power in transported to the front wheels by an 8-speed automatic gearbox and Quattro AWD. Last but the best bit, a 0-100kmph dash comes in 3.6 seconds flat, pretty good for a large sedan eh..??
Talking about competition, the 2020 Audi RS7 rivals the BMW M5 Competition and the Mercedes Benz E63S AMG. Pricing is expected upwards of Rs 1.17 crores (ex showroom prices).
