BMW has launched a new petrol engine to the X1 line-up priced at Rs 37.50 (ex showroom, India).
The engine in question is a BS6 spec sDrive20i, 2.0 litre four cylinder petrol motor. It produces 192bhp and 280 Nm of torque and comes mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with the power being drivern from the front wheels.
BMW is offering the petrol X1sDrive20i only in one single Xline trim, and it comes loaded with features such as 6.5 inch I-drive infotainment display screen, leather wrapped steering wheel, power adjustable front seats with memory function, dual zone climate control and a panoramic sunroof.
The BMW X1sDrive20i goes head to head with the Audi Q3 and the Mercedes Benz GLA 200 Sport.
