AM Ventures the dealer partners for Datsun cars in Goa have officially launched the Go and Go+ facelifts in Goa.The new Datsun models sport cosmetic changes to the exterior, updated interior and better ergonomics.
The face sports a new front grille flanked by reprofiled headlamps and a new front bumper with horizontally placed led daytime running lamps. Moving to the side nothing much has changed, accept for the addition of body coloured wing mirrors and door handles. At the rear, the new Go and Go+ receives updated taillamps and bumper.
Datsun has worked hard to improve the in cabin experience by enriching the interior with more user friendly features. Both cars now get conventional front seats, glovebox lid and handbrake lever. An interesting point to note is that where the Go hatchback sports an all black interior, the Go+ mpv features a dual tone black and beige setup.
Sitting at the centre stage of the centre console is a 7- inch touchscreen infotainment system that comes loaded with features such as Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Mirror link and bluetooth connectivity.
In terms of features both cars get follow me home headlamps, electric adjust wing mirrors, all 4 power windows, central locking, reverse parking sensors and rear wiper with wash/wipe function. Should safety be your concern and both cars get reverse parking sensors, dual airbags along with ABS and EBD as standard.
Mechanically both the Go and the Go+ mpv continue to be powered by the same three cylinder 1.2 lire petrol engine that is good for 68 bhp and comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission as standard.
