Force Motors most popular being the Trax Cruiser has been long awaiting an upgrade. The wait has finally ended with the automaker unveiling the new generation Trax Cruiser at the 2020 Auto Expo in Delhi.

The new generation Trax Cruiser retains the boxy stiloute it is famous for having but gets several structural and cosmetic upgrades to keep it fresh in the market. The face gets new circular headlamps and rectangular side indicators flanked by a fresh new grille; the bumper has a tough look to it and gets small round fog lamps. Also new and easily noticeable is the blacked out front end which looks sportier than the current look of the fascia.

The side profile reveals the increase in length of the vehicle thus hinting at increased space on the inside and new and now bigger windows size and sliding side window for the third row. There are also new black wheel arch body claddings which are connected by a side step board and new decals as well.

The rear gets fresh looking tailgate that gets new taillamps which are now horizontally placed along with a new rear glass and bumper as well. The hatch however continues to be side opening allowing for easy access.

The interior on the other hand has also been heavily revamped with a new look for the dashboard, richer materials and a forward facing third row as well.

Powering the 2020 iteration of the Trax Cruiser is a 2.6 litre diesel engine that is BS6 spec and puts out 90bhp and comes mated to a 5-speed transmission. There is no word on when the vehicle will be launched in the market, however expect a mid 2020 launch.
