Hyundai Motor India has introduced a new corporate edition in the Grand i10 corporate edition. Prices for the hatchback start at Rs 6.11 lakhs (ex showroom prices)
Based on the Magna variant, the corporate edition of the Nios gets a few additional features and some unique and first in segment goodies as well.
The unique feature as we mentioned is the touchscreen infotainment system, while many may know the regular Magna variant gets just a 2 Din audio system, the corporate edition gets you not just a touchscreen but Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as well.
The other feature should most probably be a first in segment; it’s an air purifier which also gets a Hepa filter along with Anti-bacterial and Anti-fungal seat upholstery and corporate edition stitched into the seat upholstery.
Choosing the corporate edition also brings you features such as electric wing mirrors with integrated turn indicators and 15-inch steel wheels that resemble the alloys offered in higher trims.
Mechanically the Nios corporate edition can be had with the same petrol and diesel engines as the standard car. These as we know are the 1.2 litre petrol with 83hp and 114Nm of torque and the 1.2 litre diesel with 75hp and 190Nm of torque. Transmission options are also the same with a 5-speed sold as standard on both engines, while the AMT is only on the petrol and not the diesel.
