Hyundai has started releasing teaser details of its up-coming sub compact SUV. Set for a formal unveil sometime this month. The Venue will only arrive in Mid May.
The latest press information released by the company has let out juicy details about the connectivity features of the car. We can now confirm the presence of as many as 33 connectivity features, 10 of which will be India specific. The system will also be able to recognize and catch any local English accent which has been developed specifically for India.
Taking charge of the connectivity and tech on board, the Venue will come with tamper proof “Blue Link”, in-built e-sim from Vodafone and a cloud based voice recognition platform from an Artificial Intelligence Company.
Some of the features of Blue Link include Remote climate control, Remote door lock/Unlock, Remote horn honk and light function and Remote vehicle status. The primary owner of the car can connect to other family members or friends so they will able to track and receive notifications when an emergency or event of distress occurs thereby providing peace of mind.
On the safety side, Hyundai’s BlueLink app will also come strapped with safety features such as Emergency alerts, Medical and panic assistance, SOS Emergency assistance, Automatic crash notifications and roadside assistance.
Also part of the safety package will be Geo fence that will automatically alert by sending a text of the prescribed geographical location, time and stolen vehicle notification along with Vehicle immobilization among many other features.

The Hyundai Venue sub compact SUV will give a tough time to rivals such as Mahindra XUV 3OO, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon and the Ford Ecosport.
