Days after Jeep launched the Black Pack Limited Edition the Compass line-up has got yet another variant known as the Compass Limited Plus that has just been launched at Rs 21.07 Lakhs ( Ex showroom Delhi)
The newest addition to the Compass line-up the Limited Plus sports several high end features such as Pananormic Sunroof, Stylish 18-inch alloy wheels, Automatic headlamps and rain sensing wipers. Inside it gets a larger 8.4 inch touchscreen infotainment system, tan leather seats with memory function for front seats, and auto dimming rear view mirror.
Mechanically the Compass Limited Plus shares the same 173bhp 2.0 litre petrol and 163bhp 1.4 litre diesel engines from the standard Compass, but can be had with a 7 speed DCT transmission with 4×2, while the diesel gets a 6-speed manual along with 4×4 off – roading modes. Should safety be a concern and the Compass Limited Plus is packed with six airbags including side, front and full length airbags.
Jeep is also in the process of introducing a more off-road focussed variant to the Compass line-up known as the Trailhawk which whose launch has been delayed to 2019, so until that arrives, expect the recently introduced Compass Black Pack limited edition and Compass Limited Plus to rake in some good numbers for Jeep.
