After selling the TUV300 Plus to a few customers unofficially, Mahindra has now launched the TUV 300 Plus.
The Mahindra TUV 300 Plus is an elongated version of the standard TUV 300. The New TUV 300 Plus has a width of 1835mm and length of 440mm but uses the same 2680mm wheelbase. Top variants of the TUV 300 Plus ride on 215/70 section tyres with 16-inch alloy wheels.
The interior of the TUV 300 Plus is designed by Pinifarina (Mahindra owned Italian design arm) with premium high quality materials and faux leather seats. The rear seats have a side facing configuration and can be folded to utilise more luggage space. Features on board the vehicle include 7-inch infotainment system with GPS and buetooth with 4 speakers + 2 tweeters. Steering mounted controls, rear defogger with wiper and follow me home headlights.
Under the hood is a 2.2 litre mHawk diesel motor with micro hybrid technology producing 120bhp and 280Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox and gets a 60 litre fuel tank.
Should safety be a concern and the TUV 300 Plus comes packed with tough high strength steel body, Anti-lock braking system, dual airbags, electronic braking system, automatic door un-locking in case of accident and hazard lights which blink under hard braking.
The Mahindra TUV 300 Plus is available in 5 colours namely bold black, Majestic silver, dynamic red, Glacier white and molten orange.
