Maruti Suzuki has finally launched the 2020 Vitara Brezza petrol in the Indian market. The super popular compact SUV made its first public debut petrol facelifted avatar at the recently concluded 2020 Auto Expo in Delhi.
The new 2020 Vitara Brezza facelift petrol facelift gets minor updates to keep it fresh with new redesigned LED headlamps, u-slot like chrome grille, restyled front bumper with LED fog lights mildly updated rear bumper and LED treatment for the taillamps. New 16-inch alloy wheels and two new colour schemes are also part of the package in the updated 2020 Brezza.
The new colour schemes include Torque blue and sizzling red, while there are also three new dual tone colour options such as Sizzling red and Torque blue with midnight black along with Granite grey with Autumn orange roof.
The interior also gets minor updates in the form of an all black colour scheme, new upholstery and a 7.0 inch Smartplay studio infortainment system, while the rest of the cabin is the same. The cabin continues with the all black theme and comes finished in high quality materials.
Powering the compact SUV from now on though is 1.5 litre petrol motor only, the diesel has been discontinued from the market. Nevertheless the 1.5 litre petrol motor with 105hp and 130Nm of torque on tap, while transmission options include a 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic gearbox. The Smart hybrid tech however is limited to just the automatic gearbox only and not available on the manual.
