Maruti Suzuki has launched the first limited edition third generation Swift. The new limited edition Swift is based on the base Lxi/Ldi variant and gets extra features and is priced at Rs 4.99 Lakhs.
The Swift limited edition exterior changes are limited to black painted wheel covers along with body coloured door handles and wing mirrors. On the inside it features a single din bluetooth audio system along with two speakers. Furthermore the Swift L grade is also offered with features such as tilt steering, front power windows, central locking, reverse parking sensors along with dual airbags and ABS.
Mechanically the Swift limited edition is powered by the same 82bhp 1.2 litre petrol and 74bhp 1.3 litre DDIS diesel engines. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual, while the AMT is offered from the V trims onwards.
The Maruti Suzuki Swift rivals the Ford Figo and Hyundai Grand i10 in terms of competition.
