Counto Motors the dealer partners for Mercedes Benz models in Goa has officially drivern in the new 2018 C-class facelift in Goa. The new updated sedan now gets a brand new BS6 spec diesel engine under the hood and a host of updates both inside and outside.
Visually the new C-class sports a new front grille which Merc calls Diamond studded grille. Redesigned front and rear bumpers also make an appearance on the updated sedan and so does the LED headlamps and taillamps
.
The interior has also been updated with tech and style, it now comes with a new 10.25 inch touchscreen infotainment system along with Merc’s dual touchpad and a new steering wheel. Should you decide to put your money down for the hot AMG spec C class sedan and you will be offered with Active park assist feature as standard on the car.
Under the hood rests a BS6 compliant four cylinder diesel motor that is sold in two states of tune, a 194bhp and 400 Nm of torque C220 and a 241 bhp and 500 Nm 300D.
Transmission options for the updated car include a 9G Tronic transmission as standard and this coupled with a 0-100kmph time lap of 5/9 seconds makes for an impressively sporty car.
The Mercedes Benz C Class facelift will rival the Audi A4, BMW 3 series and Jaguar XE.
