Mercedes-Benz has introduced two new special editions of the AMG SLC 43 and the AMG GLE 4MATIC Coupe in India. The SLC Roadster is called the ‘Red Art’ edition, while the GLE is called the ‘Orange Edition”.
The AMG SLC ‘Red Art’ edition receives a new exterior finish known as Selenite Grey Magno while the front and rear bumpers sport Red inserts. The 18 inch 10-spoke AMG alloy wheels get the gloss black treatment along with Red AMG brake callipers. The interiors get new Premium upholstery with red accents. Powering the AMG SLC 43 Red Art edition churns out 367 bhp and 520 Nm torque.
The Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE 43 4MATIC Coupe ‘Orange Art’ Edition gets Exterior AMG package, Night package, 21-inch AMG five spoke alloy wheels painted in high gloss black with the rim flange painted in Orange. Full led intelligent lighting system with black LED rings.
The interior sports black NAPPA leather seats with DINAMICA microfiber with orange and grey stitching, Orange floor mats with AMG lettering. The door central panel adopts contrasting black DINAMICA microfibre with contrasting top in grey. Performance comes from a 3.0 litre V6 direct injection turbo charged engine which puts out 390hp and 520nm torque.
Mercedes-Benz has priced the AMG SLC 43 Red ‘Art Edition’ at Rs 87.48 (Ex showroom and the AMG GLE 43 4MATIC Coupe ‘Orange Edition’ at Rs 1.02(Ex showroom)
