Mercedes Benz has launched new AMG GT R Coupe in the Indian market carrying a price tag of Rs 2.48 crores (ex showroom prices). The AMG GT R is thoroughbred sports car fully developed by the racers and for the racers.
Churning out a mammoth 1000bhp and 700Nm of torque from its Bi-turbo V8 4.0 litre motor, the AMG GT R comes paired to a 7-speed dual clutch speedshift gearbox with paddle shifters, it manages to 0-100kmph in 3.6 seconds with a top speed limited electronically to 318 kph.
Exterior design speak and the new AMG GT R Coupe receives new LED headlights and taillights, a new exhaust system and redesigned rear diffuser. On the inside there’s new 12.3 inch screen for the instrument cluster and 10.25 inch screen for the infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay along with an all new steering wheel.
