The BMW group has taken the wraps off the new Mini John Cooper works. The new 2019 Mini John Cooper works is priced at Rs 43.5 lakhs and is limited to just 20 units to be sold in the Indian market.
Brought to India through the CBU route, the new JCW spec Mini looks no different from the standard 3-door mini cooper. However it does get subtle design highlights such as aerodynamic front bumper with large air intakes, side scuttles that flaunt the John Cooper badge on the side turn indicators, a full black cabin with sport seats and extra lateral support, a Pananormic sunroof and Union Jack taillamps.

Powering the car is 2 litre four cylinder petrol motor that churns out 228hp and 320 Nm of torque. It comes mated to an eight speed automatic transmission and propels from 0-100kmph in 6.1 seconds. Mini is also believed to have tuned the chassis, lightened the dampers and uprated the springs and dampers along with new anti-roll bars.
