Morris Garages has delivered the first Gloster in Goa, the flagship SUV was delivered to Mr Rajendra Gauenkar. The key handover ceremony was held among other senior managers from the MG dealership stable.
Launched in October 2020, The MG Gloster has been to a flying start with over 2000 bookings received across India until November 2020. Sold in 4 variants – Super, Sharp, Smart and savvy, the Gloster comes loaded to the gills with high end features.
Among the long extensive list is the ADAS tech known also as Advanced driver assist system, adaptive cruise control, automatic braking, forward collision warning, automatic parking assist which have appreciated by customers well.
Also on offer are LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights, 12.3 inch instrument cluster, 8.0 inch touchscreen infotainment system, Pananormic sunroof, three zone climate control among many more.
Customers can also have their Gloster in four exterior paint schemes; these include Agate Red, Warm White, Metal Ash and Metal Black. Powering the Gloster is a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine with 218hp and 480Nm torque along with eight-speed automatic transmission as standard and four wheel drive as well.
The MG Gloster rivals the newly updated Toyota Fortuner facelift, Ford Endeavour and the Mahindra Alturas G4. MG currently has their presence in Goa with a dealership at Taleigao Panjim and service centre at kadamba Plateau Old Goa.
