Nissan has released a new teaser sketch of the Kicks SUV. The image showcases how the final design will look like once launched.
The Kicks will sport a design that is identical to the international model but will be larger on the outside. The Indian Kicks will be bigger, more evolved with intelligence and cater to the brands core audience, who are adventurous and look for a bold and intelligent life to choices in life, says Nissan. The image reveals the V-motion grille up front along with sculpted flowing lines along the sides and bulging wheel arches.
The interior too will remain largely similar but the 5-seat SUV will feature lighter colours and an updated 8.0 inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as well.
No details have been revealed about what going under the hood but we most likely expect the 1.5 litre 110bhp and 1.6 litre 106bhp motors to make it to the SUV, while transmission options will include five and six speed manuals, with an Automatic option making its debut at a later stage.
When Nissan launches the Kicks in India it will go head on with the Renault Captur and Hyundai Creta.
Nissan also recently announced a new strategy to tackle the booming Indian market where the Japanese car maker had confirmed the Kicks SUV to one of the models in the product pipeline.
