As the name suggests the Sportline is a sportier version of the Superb sedan which gets similar treatment seen on the Octavia vRS. The Superb Sportline gets a bright Velvet red paint job along with a generous use of gloss black finish for the front grille, outside rear view mirrors and sharper looking blacked out headlamps. The Sportline also features gloss black with silver finish alloy wheels, rear spoiler for the boot-lid and diffuser.

Inside the Superb Sportline gets an all black interiors with sport black seats with red stitching, aluminium Superb branded door sills, leather wrapped steering wheel and allumium pedals.

Skoda hasn’t disclosed any engine details yet, but we do know that a 1.8 litre petrol producing 178bhp and 320 Nm of torque and a 2.0 litre TDi diesel churning out 175bhp and pushes out350 Nm of torque do duty under the hood. However it remains to be seen what engine and transmission option makes it to the Superb Sportline.  Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and 7-speed DSG for the petrol, while the diesel does with a 6-speed DSG as standard.

While there has been no word the timeline of the official launch, Expect the Superb Sportline to hit our shores around the time of the Festive season.
