Suzuki has launched the new Access 125 BS6 at Rs (ex showroom). The new Suzuki Access 125 BS6 comes with the same smart design but has now been updated to meet BS6 compliant norms along with small but crucial updates.
First up the engine, it is a 125c unit that makes about 8.6 bhp of power and 10 Nm of torque. It however comes mated to the same automatic transmission and has a top speed of 91 kmph.
Other crucial changes on the Access 125 BS6 incldue a new external fuel filler cap, increased boot space volume to 22.3 litres of under seat storage, an illuminated USB charging socket with cubby hole, new eco assist illumination integrated into the instrument cluster and a LED headlamp.
The scooter also comes in 5 exterior colour options – Pearl Suzuki deep blue 2, Metallic matte platinum silver 2, Pearl Mirage white, Glass sparkle black and metallic matte fibroin grey. The Special edition comes in four paint schemes such as Pearl Mirage white, Glass sparkle black, Metallic dark greenish blue and Metallic matte Bordeaux red.
The BS6 spec Suzuki Access also gets the option of choosing between alloy drum brake, alloy disc brake and steel drum brake. It also gets combine braking system along with telescopic unit at the front and a swingarm at the rear.
