The large front apron with chrome accents and chunky side indicators make the scooter stand out, while the body mounted windscreen of the international Burgman series has found its way to the Indian spec bike as well, but what makes the Burgman Street even more special are the fully digital instrument cluster and LED headlamps both of which are said to be a first for Suzuki in India.

The Burgman Street gets a large comfortable step seat with flexible footrest for both rider as well as pillion rider. It also gets a useable 2.5 litres underseat storage space and a cubby hole under the handlebar. Features on board the Maxi Scooter include convient dual luggage hooks, optional 12V DC charging socket, and multi-function key shutter with central lock.

Powering the Scooter is the same motor from the Access125. The Burgman Street uses a 125cc single cylinder engine putting out 8.7 bhp at 6,500rpm and 10.2 Nm of torque at 5,000rpm. The engine comes coupled to a CVT gearbox.

Braking duty is handled by disc brake at front and drum at the rear; it also gets combined braking system which eliminates the braking distance. Suspension tech consists of a telescopic front and hydraulic rear setup.

Suzuki is offering the Burgman Street in three colour schemes namely Metallic Matte Fibroin Grey, Glass Sparkle Black and Pearl Mirage White. The Suzuki Burgman rivals the TVS NTROQ, Aprilla SR125, Honda Grazia and Activa 125.
