Suzuki launches V-Storm 650 XT ABS at Rs 7.46 Lakhs

Suzuki motorcycles India has launched the much awaited adventure tourer the V-Storm 650 XT ABS. The new adventure motorcycle has been renowned for its versatility that makes it suited for daily commutes, long highway rides and unexplored rough roads.

The 2018 V-Storm 650 XT ABS comes equipped with Suzuki’s easy start system enabling the rider to start the engine with a push of a button and a three point adjustable windscreen with for increased wind protection in any kind of weather. Suzuki has also added a 12V DC outlet as a standard feature thus supporting rider to use satellite navigation systems and recharging mobile devices.

Further adding more tech, the adventure focused motorcycle gets an all new multi function instrument panel that incorporates the speedometer, odometer, fuel level, coolant temperature, gear position, battery voltage, traction-control modes; and provides the rider with accurate information throughout their journey.

The Suzuki V-Storm 650 XT ABS is powered by a four stroke, liquid cooled, 90 V-twin 645cc engine that produces 71bhp and 62 Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox and gets a three mode traction control; system. The bike also comes with ABS as standard which sadly cannot be turned off.

Enhancing the high on-road capabilities, sturdiness, and firmness, the model is equipped with specially designed Battlax adventure A40 tyres with tubeless with wired spoke wheels.

This all-terrain motorcycle is available in two colour options – Champion Yellow and Pearl Glacier White and is priced at INR 7,46,000 (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
