We first broke the news that Toyota will be adding a new Orange colour for the Etios Liva hatchback. Following the teasers which had been released on Twitter, Toyota has introduced the new Inferno Orange colour in the Indian market.
The new Inferno Orange colour is available exclusively on the dual-tone variant and not the standard mono-tone variant and will be sold alongside the current Vermilion Red and Super White colours which are also sold in dual-tone colours. The interior carries on with the beige and black dashboard with gloss black treatment for the centre console which was available on the earlier car as well.
Powering the Etios Liva is a 1.4 litre diesel producing 68 PS and 170Nm torque. The 1.2 litre petrol puts out 80PS and 104Nm torque. Both engines come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
Toyota had earlier said that the Etios twins would get another facelift and the introduction of the new colour should keep things fresh until they arrive.
Though we haven’t received any official confirmation about any price change for the Etios Liva yet but it should be more or less the same.
