TVS has introduced yet another variant to the Jupiter line-up called the Jupiter Grande edition. The new Grande edition Jupiter brings in a handful of cosmetic changes at an attractive price tag.
The 2019 Jupiter Grande edition gets a new Tech blue paint shade along with a dual colour 3-D logo which adds to the premium look. Also new to the special edition Jupiter are partial chrome mirrors, diamond cut alloy wheels, cross stitched seat, and a chrome surround LED headlamp.
The bigger update however is that the scooter now comes with bluetooth connectivity. Integrated into the instrument cluster it lets you connect with IOS and Androids smartphones and lets you access features like call notification, text notification, over-speeding alert, trip report and more. The digital analogue unit for the speedometer is now equipeied with digital fuel indicator, odometer, trip meter, service reminder and even a helmet reminder.
Mechanically it remains unchanged and continues to be powered by the same 109.7cc single cylinder engine that puts out 8bhp and 8 Nm of torque and comes mated to a CVT automatic transmission.
The scooter does come with telescopic forks up front and independently adjustable shocks at the rear. However they can be adjustable thus allowing the user to adjust the required level of hardness or softness as per requirement or taste.
