TVS two wheelers have launched a new 2019 updated Ntorq 125 scooter priced at Rs 59,995 (ex showroom prices). It has been launched as part of celebrations over the Ntorq 125 being crowned with multiple awards including scooter of the year.
The new update adds a new metallic grey paint scheme and a disc brake to the Ntorq line-up. However buyers can only have the new metallic grey on the disc brake variant. The NTorq 125 Â is also offered six other paint schemes like Matte red, Matte yellow, Matte white, Matte blue, Matte silver and Metallic red.
Launched in February 2018, TVS NTORQ 125 has witnessed immense response from its target audience – Gen Z. It has swept 9 automotive industry awards in India and also set precedence with award-winning marketing campaigns thus becoming the ‘Scooter of the Year’. This has been achieved through positive response from all stakeholders including customers and enthusiasts which led to the brand crossing the 2-lakh sales milestone in less than 1 year since launch.
TVS NTORQ 125 is powered by a 124.79cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that churns out 6.9kW@7500 rpm / 9.4 PS @7500 rpm and 10.5 Nm@5500 rpm. The engine comes mated to a CVT transmission with a top speed of 95kmph.
The TVS NTORQ 125 goes head on with the Suzuki Access 125 Aprilla SR125 and Honda Grazia 125.
