Work on the look Honda showroom is going on in full swing
Dealerships look and style have always played a key role for automakers, be it cars or bikes. Having that one chance at making the customer feel special during the visiting it to see a product is an important step automakers believe.
Honda Cars India had announced that the company would be implementing its new corporate identity for all 350 dealer networks across the country. While the news was coming out into press, Coastal Honda has begun work on renovating the St Inez outlet which will the first in Goa to wear the new look soon.
The new look Honda showroom will evoke a bold exterior design with large red coloured entry portal and impactful logos. The unique aesthetic appeal of the new dealerships would not be missed even in fast moving traffic and will also reduce glazing from the previous designs. It will also help in reduction of heat and enhancing energy and work efficiency.
The interiors will also be redesigned to provide warm and welcoming feeling to the customers. Clean and clutter free friendly spaces with distinct areas for car display and customer interaction will be part of the new showroom. Also a common customer lounge for sales and service customers with a café will be available. Honda has also announced that wood décor would be used in the entire showroom thus creating a cosy feeling to the customer.
On the technology front, the modern Honda showrooms will enhance focus on technology and digitalisation with the use of LED screens for video drivern product explanation, accessory and colour configuratiors to help connect the customer using the digital medium.
The workshop too would see an improvement with the introduction of iWorkshop. The new iWorkshop will provide real time updates and a more holistic after sales experience to customers. It will be equipped with tablets that will deliver smoother check-in and estimate on e-mails, efficient bay management, re-estimate of approval and online payment. The new system aims at distributing a transparency in workshop operations thus contributing towards a happier customer at the end of the day.
Coastal Honda has its presence in Goa with sales outlets at Fatorda Margao, St Inez Panjim and Guirim Mapusa, while the main showroom and service centre is located at Verna plateau.
Honda’s current model portfolio includes the Amaze, Jazz, WR-V, City, Accord hybrid and CR-V. the automobile manufacturer also recently introduced the Jazz, WR-V and Amaze ‘Exclusive editions’ and is gearing up to launch the highly anticipated Civic on the 7th of March.
