Yamaha two wheelers have launched an updated scooter line-up for 2019. The new scooter range boasts of new safety features along with a mantainence free battery.
The new safety feature introduced is none other than the Unified braking system introduced earlier in its motorcycle range. The Unified braking system is a modern braking system that performs in similar working of Honda’s combined braking system.
The UBS braking allows for partial braking of the front brake when rear brake is applied thereby reducing the stopping distance of the scooter by a fair margin.
Taking advantage of the launch, Yamaha has also introduced a strategic campaign called “The Call of the Blue.” This campaign parasols the overall product and marketing initiatives including motorcycles’ and scooters which now brings the excitement into the 113cc
Yamaha’s scooter line-up in the Indian market includes the Fascino, Cygnus Ray ZR, Cygnus Ray ZR Street Rally and Cygnus Alpha – all of which are available with maintenance free battery, thus adding to the overall impact of the brand’s excitement. The two wheeler company has also jazzed up the Fascino by introducing a new modish Season green paint scheme thus increasing its appeal.
